Doug Rempel is a rare breed of man. Not only does he have an incredible love for the Gospel and for God’s people, but he also is a world-class administrator and organizer. There isn’t a project that he isn’t capable of tackling and he takes great delight in implementing systems and structures that help make connecting with other church members easy. He is comfortable behind the scenes and is one of those great gifts given to our church that helps us accomplish the mission of making disciples and equipping them to live out the gospel in everyday contexts.

Doug is married to his bride, Katrina. Together they have a daughter, Josie and a son, Otto. By day he is a subcontractor in the flooring/renovation industry. By night he manages Trails’ operations and runs a freelance graphic & web design business. In Doug’s few moments to himself, he enjoys plucking his collection of 6 stringed instruments or nerding out on anything resembling technology or hunting gear. Doug’s experience in the technology world, coupled with an undiagnosed obsessive compulsive tendency makes him a great fit for ensuring all systems are go at the Trails.
